Altaris to Acquire Simulations Plus for $375M at $18.50/Share

Simulations Plus agreed to be acquired by Altaris in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $375 million, with stockholders receiving $18.50 per share in cash representing a 26% premium. The company will be combined with Altaris portfolio company Chemical Computing Group to create an integrated AI-driven drug development platform.
