Altus Group consents to valuation references in AIRE's NAV disclosure

Independent valuation advisor Altus Group U.S. Inc. consented to references regarding its role in the May 31, 2026 NAV per share valuation process for Ares Industrial Real Estate Income Trust. The consent enables inclusion of valuation descriptions in the company's Form S-8 and Form S-3 registration statements.
