Alumis envudeucitinib does not meet goal in SLE trial but supports Phase 3

Alumis CEO Jörg Drappa announces that the Phase 2b LUMUS trial for envudeucitinib in systemic lupus erythematosus did not meet primary endpoints in the overall population; however, robust efficacy was observed in a subgroup of patients with high interferon gene signature.
