Amends Loan and Security Agreement

PennantPark Private Income Fund SPV LLC entered into Amendment No. 3 to its Loan and Security Agreement with CIBC Bank USA. The amendment, effective September 1, 2026, modifies the terms of the borrowing facility. The modification is contingent upon the closing of the asset sale by PennantPark Private Income Fund.
