Amentum Amends Employment Agreement for Executive Chair

Amentum Holdings has amended and restated the employment agreement of Steven Demetriou, Executive Chair, effective September 28, 2026. The amendment changes his position from Chair of the Board to a longer-term indefinite term as a member of the Board.
