Analog Devices to acquire Empower Semiconductor for $1.5 billion in cash

Analog Devices announced an all-cash acquisition of Empower Semiconductor for $1.5 billion to expand its power delivery portfolio for AI applications, addressing power density challenges in high-compute systems.
