Aperture AC enters definitive agreement to acquire Atlantic HPC Group

Aperture AC, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), has executed a business combination with Atlantic HPC Group Inc. Ratification of this non-binding agreement is pending shareholder approval and is expected to close later in 2026.
