Ares Real Estate Income Trust amends subscription agreement for additional $100M Class B share purchase

Ares Real Estate Income Trust Inc. amended its subscription agreement with Ares Apogee Finance HoldCo L.P. to add a $100 million Class B Common Shares purchase on top of the original $200 million commitment from October 2025. The additional investment demonstrates confidence in the REIT and increases total capitalization from the Apogee SPV entity.
