Arq, Inc. appoints Shimon Steinmetz as Executive Vice President and CFO

Arq, Inc. has entered into an employment agreement with Shimon Steinmetz to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective within 60 days of May 25, 2026. Steinmetz will receive a $500,000 annual base salary plus a 50% bonus target under the company's Short-Term Incentive Plan.
