Array Digital Infrastructure completes $1.0B spectrum sale to Verizon

Array Digital Infrastructure completed the sale of select spectrum assets to Verizon for $1.0 billion and declared a special cash dividend of $11.00 per share payable June 25, 2026. The transaction represents continued monetization of spectrum following the August 2025 sale of its T-Mobile wireless operation and precedes a pending acquisition proposal from Telephone and Data Systems Inc.
