Array Technologies to merge with Shoals Technologies

Array Technologies, Inc. announced a definitive business combination agreement with Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. via its wholly owned subsidiary. Upon transaction close, the combined company will be named Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. and trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker 'SHLS' and 'SLGS'.
