Ashford Hospitality Trust completes sale of Jacksonville Hilton Garden Inn for $11M

Ashford Hospitality Trust completed the sale of its 119-room Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville property for approximately $11.0 million in cash on June 11, 2026, and paid $9.5 million to the mortgage lender. The disposition reduces the company's hotel portfolio and generates proceeds to reduce leverage on a secured mortgage covering eight properties.
