AstroNova to be acquired by Orion Merger Parent in all-stock transaction

AstroNova Inc. has entered into a merger agreement with Orion Merger Parent, Inc. and Orion MergerCo X, Inc., dated June 16, 2026. The transaction represents a significant corporate action that will result in AstroNova becoming a subsidiary of the Orion entities.
