Avalo Therapeutics advances AVTX-010, long-acting anti-IL-1β antibody

Avalo Therapeutics announced advancement of AVTX-010, a next-generation anti-IL-1β monoclonal antibody designed for hidradenitis suppurativa and other inflammatory disorders, with IND submission planned for H1 2027. The pipeline expansion builds on positive Phase 2 data for lead asset abdakibart and follows a transformational financing in May to support pivotal Phase 3 trials.
