Barings Private Credit Corp CLO 2026-1 issues $499M in notes due 2034

Barings Private Credit Corporation CLO 2026-1 executed a note purchase agreement to issue $275M Class A, $65M Class B, and $30M Class C secured notes plus $129M subordinated notes maturing in 2034. The CLO securitization, managed by Barings Private Credit Corporation, will invest in a portfolio of senior secured loans and other credit obligations.
