Battalion Oil repurchases preferred shares

Battalion Oil Corp has agreed to purchase approximately 11,716 shares of Series A Preferred Stock from Gen IV Investment Opportunities, LLC for an undisclosed consideration, and convert specified Series A-1, A-2, A-3, and A-4 Preferred Shares. The transaction is part of a buyback program following an offer to other shareholders.
