Big Digital Energy swaps debt for equity via SEC exemption.

Big Digital Energy has entered into an exchange agreement with Endeavor Blockchain, LLC, to settle a $2,568,815.71 promissory note. In exchange, the company will issue 442,899 shares of common stock to the holder. The transaction will be exempt from registration under Section 3(a)(9) of the Securities Act.
