BIG3 Basketball to go public via SPAC merger with Graf Global Corp

BIG3 Basketball, the professional 3-on-3 league founded by Ice Cube, agreed to merge with SPAC Graf Global Corp in a deal valuing BIG3 at $290 million, expected to close Q4 2026. The combined company will trade under ticker TONT and become the first publicly traded professional sports league in the US.
