Biohaven reports opakalim shows 3-fold seizure control improvement in epilepsy trial

Biohaven presented clinical data showing opakalim, a Kv7.2/7.3 activator, achieved a 3-fold prolongation in time to seizure occurrence in idiopathic generalized epilepsy and 54% seizure reduction in focal epilepsy patients with a favorable tolerability profile.
