Bioxcel Therapeutics amends credit agreement

Bioxcel Therapeutics, Inc. and its lenders amended the Existing Credit Agreement dated April 19, 2022, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, as set forth in an eleventh amendment dated July 31, 2026.
