Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust enters registration and management agreements at IPO.

Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust Inc. completed its initial public offering on May 15, 2026, and simultaneously entered into a Registration Rights Agreement and Management Agreement with Blackstone Treasury Holdings III and BX REIT Advisors. These agreements establish the governance and operational framework for the newly public REIT focused on digital infrastructure assets.
