Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. amends senior secured credit agreement

Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. executed a fourth amendment to its senior secured credit agreement with Truist Bank as administrative agent, effective June 16, 2026. The amendment modifies terms of the existing credit facility originally dated November 2022.
