Bright Mountain Media obtains lender consent to sell Mom.com domain for $1.1M

Bright Mountain Media's borrower entity received lender approval to dispose of the Mom.com domain name and social media handles to Static Media, Inc. for $1.1 million in net cash proceeds. The transaction required consent as it would otherwise violate disposition covenants under the company's senior secured credit agreement with Centre Lane Partners.
