Bunker Hill Mining Corp. stockholders approved a proposed business combination with Silver47 Exploration Corp., advancing the merger. Concurrently, the company announced drawdowns of US$20 million from Teck and Ocean Partners facilities, supporting its plan to achieve commercial production by the end of Q4 2026.
