CIMG subsidiary enters $442M computing power center framework contract in Beijing

CIMG's wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongyan Shangyue signed a framework contract valued up to $442 million with Zhongshishun Technology for construction and operation of a computing power center in Beijing using NVIDIA and Inspur equipment. The deal diversifies CIMG's business into high-demand AI infrastructure services, though full implementation remains subject to purchase orders and other conditions.
