Citius Oncology reports Phase 1 data for LYMPHIR combo therapy in gynecologic cancers

Citius Oncology presented Phase 1 data at ASCO showing LYMPHIR combined with pembrolizumab achieved 24% overall response rate and 48% clinical benefit rate in heavily pre-treated gynecologic cancer patients, including 33% response rate in endometrial cancer. The encouraging efficacy and tolerability results support continued development of this immunomodulatory approach for checkpoint inhibitor-resistant tumors.
