C-IV AM to serve as special servicer for U.S. Steel Tower loan

C-IV Asset Management LLC will take over the special servicing of the U.S. Steel Tower loan in the BANK 2021-BNK34 securitization, effective September 1, 2026. Morgan Stanley Capital I Inc. sponsor Bank of America, National Association is also named as a sponsor in the filing.
