Clough Global Equity Fund renews share repurchase program through June 2027

The Fund's Board of Trustees renewed its open-market share repurchase program, authorizing purchases of up to 5% of outstanding common shares through June 30, 2027. This program allows the closed-end fund to manage its share price discount to net asset value.
