Commercial Vehicle Group establishes $100M at-the-market offering program

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. entered into a Capital on Demand sales agreement with JonesTrading to offer and sell shares of common stock under an effective Form S-3 registration statement. The at-the-market offering provides the company with flexible equity financing capacity for general corporate purposes.
