Conduent to Sell Public Transit Business to Modaxo for $164M

Conduent has agreed to sell its Public Transit business to Modaxo for $164 million, expected to close before end of 2026. The divestiture is part of Conduent's portfolio simplification strategy to strengthen its balance sheet while retaining its Tolling business segment.
