Copley Acquisition Corp agrees to merge with Ignite Proteomics

Copley Acquisition Corp, a SPAC, has entered into a business combination agreement with Ignite Proteomics Holdings, Inc. The merger will create a publicly-traded company combining the SPAC with the private proteomics company.
