CRB-701 shows 5% weight loss in Phase 1b obesity study

Corbus Pharmaceuticals reported positive interim results for its periportal restricted CB1 inverse agonist CRB-701 for obesity, with a 5% weight loss at 12 weeks and a favorable safety profile. The Phase 2 monotherapy study is scheduled to commence in the first half of 2027.
