CRH Americas agrees to acquire Arcosa Inc. in merger transaction

CRH Americas and Neon Merger Sub have entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger to acquire Arcosa Inc., effective June 21, 2026. The transaction combines two major players in the construction materials and infrastructure sectors.
