CytomX amends charter to authorize 610M total shares

CytomX Therapeutics amended its certificate of incorporation to increase authorized shares to 610 million, comprised of 600 million common shares and 10 million preferred shares. The amendment provides corporate flexibility for future financing or equity transactions.
