Data Storage Corp launches equity distribution agreement with Maxim Group LLC

Data Storage Corporation entered into an equity distribution agreement with Maxim Group LLC to sell authorized but unissued common stock as a sales agent. The agreement provides the company with capital raising flexibility under its existing S-3 shelf registration statement.
