Denali Therapeutics sells Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher for $195M

Denali Therapeutics entered a definitive agreement to sell its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher for $195 million in gross proceeds following FDA approval of AVLAYAH for Hunter syndrome. The proceeds will fund advancement of the company's clinical pipeline for lysosomal storage disorders and neurodegenerative diseases, strengthening financial flexibility.
