Devon Energy acquires 16,300 acres in Delaware Basin for $2.6B

Devon Energy successfully acquired 16,300 net undeveloped acres in the core Delaware Basin through a BLM lease sale for approximately $2.6 billion, adding ~400 net locations with strong well economics. The acquisition is immediately accretive to net asset value per share and strengthens Devon's leading position in the region following its recent Coterra merger.
