Digi Power X commits $35M to NVIDIA Vera Rubin systems for AI infrastructure expansion

Digi Power X secured a $35 million commitment to purchase NVIDIA's next-generation Vera Rubin GPU systems for deployment in Q1 2027 to expand its NeoCloudz GPU-as-a-Service platform. The company reported strong financials with $150M in cash, successful NeoCloudz revenue generation starting May 2026, and on-track flagship data center buildout targeting December 2026 completion.
