EagleRock Land prices 17.3M Class A shares at $18.50 in underwritten offering

EagleRock Land, LLC entered into an underwriting agreement with Goldman Sachs, Barclays, and J.P. Morgan to sell 17.3 million Class A shares at $18.50 per share, with underwriters exercising their option for an additional 2.595 million shares on May 16, 2026.
