Elicio's ELI-002 7P misses Phase 2 primary endpoint but shows promise in R0 subset

Elicio Therapeutics reported that its AMPLIFY-7P Phase 2 study of ELI-002 7P failed to meet the primary disease-free survival endpoint in the intent-to-treat population for adjuvant pancreatic cancer, though post-hoc analysis showed benefit in completely resected (R0) patients representing 84% of the study. The company is refining its Phase 3 strategy focused on the R0 population and seeking financing and partnership opportunities to advance development.
