Ellington Credit to sell common shares through Placement Agents

Ellington Credit Company, Asset Manager, and Administrator entered into an Equity Distribution Agreement with Citizens JMP Securities, B. Riley Securities, Lucid Capital Markets, and Armstrong Securities. This allows the Fund to issue and sell Common Shares through these agents based on an existing N-2 registration statement.
