Entergy New Orleans issues $1B+ in first mortgage bonds due 2036 and 2056

Entergy New Orleans, LLC executed a Twenty-Sixth Supplemental Indenture on May 1, 2026, authorizing issuance of two series of first mortgage bonds: 5.91% bonds due June 1, 2036 and 6.65% bonds due June 1, 2056. This debt issuance provides capital financing for the regulated utility subsidiary of Entergy Corporation.
