Enterprise Financial Services Corp is issuing $175 million of 6.25% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2036 through underwriters led by Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Raymond James. The subordinated debt offering strengthens the company's capital position and provides long-term funding.
