Enviri to receive $15/share from Clean Earth sale; spin-off planned June 1

Enviri Corporation announced it will receive $15 per share from the sale of Clean Earth to Veolia and complete a spin-off of Harsco Environmental and Rail operations into New Enviri on June 1, 2026. Shareholders will receive one share of New Enviri for every three Enviri shares held, creating a new publicly traded company.
