Eversource enters agreement for 5.35% First Mortgage Bonds Series X

Public Service Company of New Hampshire, doing business as Eversource Energy, entered an underwriting agreement for the issuance of 5.35% First Mortgage Bonds Series X. The transaction expands the company's existing debt program and is supported by a syndicate led by three major financial institutions.
