Fed issues enforcement action with SouthPoint, terminates with Deutsche Bank

The Federal Reserve Board has taken enforcement action against SouthPoint Bancshares, Inc., while simultaneously announcing the termination of enforcement actions against Deutsche Bank AG and its U.S.-based branches.
