Fervo Energy appoints Sarah Jewett as Chief Operating Officer effective June 15

Sarah Jewett, who has led Fervo's Strategy department since 2020 and served as SVP of Strategy since October 2025, was appointed COO with an annual base salary of $400,000 and 55% performance bonus target. The appointment reflects internal promotion of a senior executive with prior experience at Select Energy Services and Schlumberger.
