First Merchants appoints Paul Fultz, retired KPMG partner, to board

First Merchants Corporation appointed Paul Fultz, a retired Audit and Business Unit Professional Practice Partner from KPMG with over 30 years of experience, to the boards of both the holding company and First Merchants Bank. The addition brings the board to 13 members with 10 independent directors, adding financial reporting and risk oversight expertise.
