FortuneX Acquisition Corp prices 7.5M unit IPO at $10.00 per unit

FortuneX Acquisition Corporation entered into an underwriting agreement to issue and sell 7.5 million units at $10.00 per unit, with each unit comprising one ordinary share and half a redeemable warrant. The SPAC offering is being underwritten by Polaris Advisory Partners LLC with closing scheduled for May 26, 2026.
