Fox Factory Sells Wheelhouse Holdings to Squared Up for $379 Million

Fox Factory Holding Corp has agreed to sell Wheelhouse Holdings to Squared Up Holdings for $379 million, a move that divests the asset to accelerate its concentration on suspension products. The transaction is expected to close in late 2026.
